Chapter 12.24 RIVERVIEW CEMETERY


Section 12.24.070 Application for a lot, lots or portion thereof.

Whenever any person shall desire to purchase any lot, lots, or portion thereof, such person shall make application to city hall, and if such lot, lots or portion thereof be unconveyed, then upon payment of the scheduled price of such lot, lots or portion thereof, plus the fee listed on the current fee schedule for the deed, the clerk shall execute a receipt therefore, showing on such receipt the space, lot and block of such lot, lots or portions thereof, the name of the purchaser, and the amount of money received, and the date thereof.
