Section 12.24.080 Disposition of monies received.
It shall be the duty of the director of parks, recreation and cemetery or his/her designee, or any
other person receiving monies for the cemetery in any way whatever, to deliver the same to the
city treasurer within five days of the receipt thereof, and take the treasurer’ s receipt
therefore.
