Section 12.24.100 Director’ s report.

A.    The director shall be required to report at least once each month to the executive committee or to the city  council, which report shall be a transcript of all official business transacted by the director during the preceding month, including all interments, disinterments, sale of any lot or lots or portions thereof, amount of money received therefore, and all other information necessary to clearly show all business conducted by the director during such month.
B.    The director shall also make any other reports at any time when so requested by the executive committee and/or by the city  council. (Ord. 213 (part), 2003:Ord. 131 (part), 1998: Ord. 112 (part), 1996: prior code §14.04.100)
