Section 12.24.130 Surveys of Riverview Cemetery.
A. On March 17, 1913, a new survey and plat of Riverview Cemetery was made, and
such
survey and plat is recorded at the Ravalli County Courthouse.
B. On August 4, 1919, another new survey and plat was made, making certain corrections
on the
old survey and plat, and this also is recorded at the Ravalli County Courthouse.
C. On June 7, 1948, a survey and plat was made of that portion of the cemetery
lying south of
the east and west road along the south side of the cemetery. This, also, is recorded at the Ravalli
County Courthouse.
D. All usable portions of the present cemetery, except that part lying west of
the present west
line fence of the portion of the cemetery which is being used, has been surveyed and platted, and
is recorded at the Ravalli County Courthouse. That portion lying north of the north line fence of
the present portion that is in use, is included in this last survey and plat. (Ord. 213 (part), 2003:
