Section 12.24.140 Violation -- Penalty.

It is unlawful for any person, persons, firm or corporation to violate any section, rule or regulation of this chapter, and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in any sum not, less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than three hundred dollars ($300.00), or by imprisonment in the city jail for not less than five days nor more than sixty (60) days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
