Section 12.28.040 Special event permit.

A special event permit shall be obtained from the city Administrator or his/her designee and is required in order to conduct a special event within a public sidewalk, street, park, or public right-of-way. The permit will be applied for at least ten days in advance and will show:
A.   The date and time of the event, name of event, name of event sponsor, contact person and this individual’ s phone number, number of participants/units, nature of the event, place of assembly, and map of the parade route. (Ord. 214 (part), 2003: Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 5.02.040)
