Section 12.32.020 Costs.
The cost of all maintenance within the district shall include
the following:
A. Such purchased services and fixed
charges attributable to district maintenance costs in
each fiscal year as are budgeted by the city for that fiscal year;
B. Such material and supplies to be
utilized in maintenance in each fiscal year as are
budgeted by the city for that fiscal year. (Ord. 137 § 2, 1998)
