Section 13.04.020 Agreement for water service.
All owners who require water service or water supply shall enter into an agreement at the
department office. The agreement shall:
1. Set forth all purposes for which the water will be used;
2. Be signed by the property owner, and filed with the property records at the
office of the
county clerk and recorder. A per page recording fee charged by the Ravalli county clerk &
recorder shall be charged to and paid by the owner. The agreement shall be binding for all heirs
and successors of the property and shall state the property owner must comply with all applicable
rules and regulations.
3. No use of or tapping into the water system shall occur until the agreement
recording fee has
been paid; and
4. Any change in ownership of the premises will require a new application for
water service.
