Section 13.04.050 Permits, inspections and connection fees.
A. For residential, commercial and industrial water service, the property
owner or their agent
shall make the water permit application on a form furnished by the city. The permit application
shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information required by the director
of public works.
B. A connection fee shall be established by resolution of the city council and
shall be paid by
the owner to the department at the time the application for hookup to existing city services is
filed. Such fee shall cover the permit, the inspection(s) and the tap into the water system shall be
based on the EDU.
C. The department shall control all water supply at the curb stop valve. (Ord.
