Section 13.04.060 Inspection of private service required.

A permit for a private water service shall not become effective until the director of public works grants final inspection approval. The director of public works shall be allowed to inspect all water service work at any stage of construction. The applicant for the permit shall notify the director of public works when the work is ready for final inspection, and before any underground portions are covered. The director of public works shall make the inspection within forty-eight (48) hours of the receipt of notice, excluding all legal holidays and weekends. (Ord. 215 (part), 2003)
