Section 13.04.130 Access to buildings.

The department shall have access at all reasonable times to all parts of any building or premises to which water is being delivered from the water mains to inspect the condition of the pipes and fixtures and the manner in which the water is used, and shall also have the right to remove the meters from the premises for examination and tests when necessary.
