Section 13.08.030 Base rate charge to property owners.
A. A base rate charge per month shall be assessed against the owner of property
in which a
water service is installed and to which water supply is available.
B. Owners of non-metered property shall pay the appropriate base rate plus estimated
water
usage charges calculated according to the current American Water Works Standards and based
upon the number of persons in the household.
C. Each metered water service shall pay the base rate set by city council.
