Section 13.12.060 Permission for a private system required.

Before commencement of construction of a private sewage disposal system (septic tank disposal system) the owner shall first contact and obtain written permission with conditions, signed by the director of public works. This permission shall include conditions and construction requirements required by the city for the installation of a temporary private system in addition to any state requirements, prior to the commencement of construction of a private system.
