Section 13.12.120 Public sewer connection, permit required.
No unauthorized person shall uncover, enter, make any connections with or opening into, use,
alter or disturb any public sewer, manhole or appurtenance thereof without first obtaining a
written permit from the director of public works. Only authorized agents of the city are allowed
to enter or monitor entry of publicly owned manhole(s). (Ord. 215 (part), 2003: Ord. 111 (part),
