Section 13.12.130 Permits, inspections and fees.
A. For residential, commercial and industrial waste service, the property owner
or their agent
shall make the sewer permit application on a special form furnished by the city. The permit
application shall be supplemented by any plans, specifications or other information considered
pertinent in the judgment of the director of public works.
B. A fee established by resolution of the city council shall be paid at the time
the application for
hookup to existing services is filed. Such fee to cover the permit, the inspection(s) and the tie on
or tap on costs.
C. A separate fee established by resolution of the city council shall be
paid at the time the
application is filed for a permit for the installation of and connection of any interceptor(s). (Ord.
