Section 13.12.140 Responsibility of owner, costs, indemnity.

All costs and expenses for the installation and connection of a private sewer service line shall be borne by the owner. The owner shall indemnify the city from any loss or damage that may directly or indirectly be occasioned by time installation of the building sewer.
