Section 13.12.350 Preliminary treatment facilities, owner’ s expense.

Preliminary treatment facilities are defined to include grease, oil and sand interceptors, as well as any other devices for time treatment of waste including but not limited to garbage disposals or chlorinating units. The owner, at the owner’ s expense, shall maintain each and every preliminary treatment facility continuously in satisfactory and effective manner.
