Section 13.12.390 Protection from damage -- Violation.

No unauthorized person shall enter upon or personally or knowingly or negligently break, damage, destroy, uncover, deface or tamper with any structure, appurtenance or equipment which is a part of any sewage works. Any person violating this provision shall be subject to immediate arrest including criminal mischief, criminal trespass or other appropriate criminal charge.
