Chapter 13.12 SEWER SERVICE USE REGULATIONS


Section 13.12.430 Misdemeanor -- Fine.

Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in Section 13.12.400 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, in accordance with Chapter 1.28 for each violation.
