Section 13.16.050 Base rate and use charges.
All owners of property connected to the public sewer system shall pay a monthly base rate
charge as established by resolution of the city council, from time to time.
All owners of property connected to the public sewer system shall also pay a monthly user rate as
established by resolution of the city council, from time to time, to cover all costs of operation
and maintenance of the public sewer system. This use rate shall be calculate according to the
metered water volume used monthly. (Ord. 215 (part), 2003)
