Section 13.20.070 Rebate collection and payment.
A property owner shall not be issued a sewer or water connection permit until payment of the
city’ s applicable permit fees as well as the proportionate share of the rebate has been paid to
the
city plus a five percent administration fee. After collection of payment of the city’ s applicable
permit fee and the proportionate share of time rebate, the city shall pay the rebate payment to the
person(s) who were originally responsible for the sewer or water main installation, their heirs,
