Section 15.04.030 Permits--Fees for public or federal buildings.

Whenever a publicly funded agency or governmental unit applies for a building permit, the city's portion of the fee shall be waived and the fee reduced to the amount allotted for the building inspector. If the building is owned by the federal government no permit or inspection shall be required. If the federal government is leasing the building from a private party all permits, fees, and inspection shall be in force. (Amended during the 11/99 supplement; prior code § 11.01.027)
