Chapter 15.04 BUILDING PERMITS, BUILDING DISTRICTS AND BUILDING INSPECTIONS
Section 15.04.060 Building permit--Length of time in effect--Revocation.
A building permit issued under the provisions of this chapter
and in conformance with this
Title 15 shall be valid for one hundred eighty (180) days from the date of issuance. Activities
authorized by a building permit issued herein shall begin within ninety (90) days from the date of
issue. The building inspector shall revoke a building permit if it is found that the provisions and
requirements of this chapter and of this Title 15 are not being complied with and shall issue a
stop work order to the permittee. (Amended during 11/99 supplement: prior code § 11.01.070)
