Section 15.08.010 Adoption of codes.
For the purpose of regulating buildings in the city of Hamilton and of protecting the health and
safety of the city’ s citizens, the following codes and Administrative Rules of Montana ("ARM")
are hereby adopted, as amended from time to time, and incorporated herein as if fully set out at
length:
A. International Building Code (IBC), 2000 edition, together with the following:
1. Appendix A (Employee Qualifications).
a. Appendix B (Board of Appeals).
b. Appendix E (Supplementary Accessibility Requirements).
c. Appendix F (Rodent Proofing).
d. Appendix G (Flood Resistant Construction).
e. Appendix I (Patio Covers).
f. Appendix J (Supplementary Accessibility Requirements for Qualified Historic
Building and
Facilities).
2. The IBC as modified and amended by the following rules.
