Section 15.08.030 Adoption of Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards.

There is adopted also by the city council of Hamilton, Montana, Part 2 of the Uniform Federal Accessibility Standards (applicable to publicly funded projects) as such part reads in the Federal Register dated August 7, 1984, (Ord. 216 (part), 2003: Ord. 167 (part), 2000: Ord. 146 (part), 1999: Ord. 142 (part), 1998: prior code §15.04.030).
