Section 15.12.010 Adoption of Uniform Plumbing Code.
For the purpose of regulating plumbing and the purpose of protecting the health
and safety of
the city’ s citizens, the "Uniform Plumbing Code," 2000 edition as adopted and so amended
from
time to time, is hereby adopted as the Code of this city and made a part hereof as fully as though
set out in length herein, together with the following:
A. UPC Appendix Chapters:
1. Appendix A, Recommending Rules for Sizing the Water
Supply System;
2. Appendix B, Explanatory Notes on Combination Waste
and Vent Systems;
3. Appendix C, Sizing of Category I Venting System;
4. Appendix D, Sizing Storm-Water Drainage Systems;
5. Appendix H, Recommended Procedures for Design, Construction
and Installation of
Commercial Kitchen Grease Interceptors.
B. As modified and amended by Building Codes Bureau Rules:
