Chapter 15.12 PLUMBING CODE


Section 15.12.020 Contractor license and bonding.


    Any person, firm, or corporation engaging in the business of installing, maintaining or repairing water piping, gas piping, equipment, or appliances regulated by this code shall file and thereafter keep on file in the office of the city clerk, and in full force at all times, a copy of that person, firm, or corporation's plumbing contractor license issued by the state of Montana Plumbing and Mechanical Codes Division.
    Such person, firm or corporation shall file and thereafter keep on file in the office of the city clerk, and in full force at all times, a copy of liability insurance in the sum of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00).
