B.    The even numbers shall appear on the north and east sides of all streets and avenues, and the odd numbers on the opposite sides.

    C.    The numbers shall be determined for each twenty-five (25) feet of block frontage, commencing with 01 and 02 as set forth in this section, and such numbering shall be prefixed by the proper hundred figure to designate its distance in blocks from the base line, beginning with one hundred (100) in blocks adjoining the base lines.

    D.    That part of First Street (Highway 93) running north of Main Street shall be known as North First Street; and that part of First Street (Highway 93) running south of Main Street shall be known as South First Street.

    E.    All other streets and avenues running north of Main Street shall be known as North; and all other streets and avenues running south of Main Street shall be known as South.

    F.    All east and west streets and avenues crossing First Street (Highway 93) shall be known as East or West as the case may be. (Prior code § 15.02.020)
