Chapter 15.24 BUILDING IMPROVEMENT TAX INCENTIVES
Section 15.24.010 Purpose.
The purpose of offering the tax break as allowed by the Administrative
Rules of Montana
42.20.101 through 42.20.104 and Montana Codes Annotated 15-24-1501 is as an incentive to
persuade property owners to proceed with building improvements. (Prior code § 15.01.010)
