Section 16.08.040 Permission to enter.
The city council and planning board or their designated agent(s)
may conduct such
investigations, examination, and site evaluations as they deem necessary to verify information
supplied as a requirement of these regulations. The submission of pre-application materials or a
preliminary plat for review shall constitute a grant of permission to enter the subject property.
