Section 16.16.020 Final plat contents.

The final plat submitted for approval shall conform to the preliminary plat as previously reviewed and approved by the city council and shall incorporate all required modifications. The final plat shall comply with the Montana Uniform Standards for Final Subdivision Plats. The final plat may constitute only that portion of the approved preliminary plat the subdivider wishes to file, provided that such portion conforms to all requirements of these regulations and is approved by the city council in writing.
