Section 16.16.040 Restrictive covenants-- Approval and enforcement by the city council.
A. The city council may require that
every restrictive covenant shall contain the following
language." This (These) covenant(s) shall not be repealed or amended without the prior written
consent of the City of Hamilton."
B. The city council may require that
in addition to the language specified in subsection A of
this section certain restrictive covenants shall contain the following language: "The City of
Hamilton is a party to this restrictive covenant and may enforce the provisions hereof." (Ord.
