Section 16.20.010 Minor subdivisions--Review generally.

Minor subdivisions, those subdivisions containing five or fewer lots where proper access to all lots is provided and where no land will be dedicated to public use for parks and playgrounds, shall be reviewed under the procedures set forth in this chapter.
