Section 16.20.050 Permission to enter.
The city council planning board or its designated agent(s)
may conduct such investigations,
examination, and site evaluations as they deem necessary to verify information supplied as a
requirement of these regulations. The submission of pre-application materials or a preliminary
plat for review shall constitute a grant of permission to enter the subject property. (Ord. 131
