Chapter 16.24 MINOR SUBDIVISION PLATS
Section 16.24.020 Minor subdivision plat form and contents.
The subdivider may submit either a preliminary plat or a
final plat that conforms to the
Montana Uniform Standards for Subdivision Plats for a minor subdivision. With either form of
plat, the subdivider must also submit the supplements required for preliminary plats identified in
the subdivision regulation forms. The minor subdivision plat shall conform to the design
standards as set forth in Chapter 16.20 of these regulations. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code §
