Section 16.24.030 Exemptions from environmental assessment.

For the first minor subdivision created from a tract of record, the requirement for submitting an environmental assessment shall not apply. For the second or subsequent minor subdivisions from a tract of record the city council may require preparation of all or part of the environmental assessment.
