    The final plat shall drawn be in accordance with the appropriate procedural requirements contained in the final plat.

Overview: Minor Subdivision Plat
Review Process

    1.    Initial Contact with Director of Community Development. Applicant obtains guidelines, forms, and regulations.
    2.    Pre-application Conference. Applicant discusses proposal and plat with director of community development. Potential problem areas are identified and regulations are highlighted.
    3.    Submittal of Formal Application and City Council Review. To the director of community development ten days prior to a regular meeting of the city council. If application is complete, city council reviews the subdivision at that meeting. The thirty-five (35) day review period begins on the date that the director of community development determines that the application is complete.
    4.    Review. On-site investigation and administrative review by director of community development.
    5.    Report. Director of community development prepares written report and draft findings of fact.
    6.    Approval. City council action to approve, conditionally approve, or disapprove minor subdivision shall be completed within the thirty-five (35) day time limit.
