Section 16.28.030 Design standards for "low impact" subdivisions.

    A.    When a "low impact" subdivision is situated where no further development or no future increase in traffic volume will occur, the following standards may be approved as needed:
    1.    Right-of-way width;
    2.    Road width.
    B.    When these standards are approved for a subdivision, the standards shall be noted on the final plat and any instruments of conveyance.
