Section 16.32.010 General design and improvement standards.

All subdivisions approved by the city council shall comply with the provisions of this chapter, and standard plans for construction within public rights-of-ways except where granted a variance pursuant to Chapter 16.52, Article 2, Variances. The city council may not grant variances from the provisions of floodplain provisions.
