Chapter 16.32 DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS


Section 16.32.030 Natural environment.

    The design and development of subdivisions shall provide satisfactory building sites which are properly related to topography, and shall preserve the natural terrain, natural drainage, existing topsoil, trees and natural vegetation to the extent possible.
