Chapter 16.32 DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS


Section 16.32.050 Floodplain provisions.

    Land located in the floodway of a flood of one hundred (100) year frequency as defined by Title 76, Chapter 5 MCA, or land deemed subject to flooding as determined by the city council shall not be subdivided for building or residential purposes, or other uses that may increase or aggravate flood hazards to life, health, or property.
