Section 16.32.060 Improvement design.
Engineering and survey plans, grading plans, specifications,
and reports required in
connection with public and private improvements and other elements of the subdivision shall be
prepared by a registered engineer or a registered land surveyor as their respective licensing laws
allow in accordance with the Montana Subdivision and Platting Act and these regulations. (Ord.
