Section 16.32.070 Lots.

    Each lot shall contain a satisfactory building site which is properly located to topography and conforms to health department regulations, zoning regulations, and these regulations.
    A.    No single lot shall be divided by a municipal or county boundary line.
    B.    Each lot shall abut and have access to a public or private street, access easement or road. Alleys may not be used to provide the primary means of access to a lot.
    C.    Corner lots shall have driveway access to the same street or road as interior lots.
    D.    Corner lots shall be of sufficient area to provide acceptable visibility for traffic safety.
    E.    No lot shall have an average depth greater than three times its average width.
    F.    Side lot lines shall be at substantially right angles to street or road lines and radial to curved street or road lines.
    G.    Through lots (lots split by road, street, alley, or utility right-of-way or easement) are prohibited except where essential to overcome specific disadvantages of topography or orientation. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 16.01.040A-6)
