B.    The water supply system shall be subject to approval by the city which may require that any proposed central system provide adequate and accessible water for fire protection.

    C.    The subdivider shall install complete water system facilities in accordance with the requirements of the jurisdiction involved and the Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences. The subdivider shall submit plans and specifications for the proposed facilities to the city and to the Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences, and shall obtain their approvals prior to undertaking any construction.
