Chapter 16.32 DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS
Section 16.32.120 Sewage treatment systems.
The subdivider shall install complete sanitary sewer system
facilities in accordance with the
requirements of the city and the Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences.
The subdivider shall submit plans and specifications for the proposed facilities to the jurisdiction
involved and to the Montana Department of Health and Environmental Sciences, and shall obtain
