Chapter 16.32 DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS
Section 16.32.130 Solid waste.
The subdivider shall assure that provisions for collection
and disposal of solid waste meet
the regulations and minimum standards of the Montana Department of Health and Environmental
Sciences. The means for solid waste collection and disposal shall be subject to approval by the
