Section 16.32.150 Water course easements.
Where a subdivision is traversed by a watercourse, drainage
way, channel, ditch, or stream,
easements or rights-of-way may be required to parallel the lines of such watercourse at a
sufficient width to allow for maintenance. A minimum width of ten feet is required on each side
