Section 16.36.040 Summary review.

    Where a rental or lease subdivision qualifies as a minor subdivision, it may receive summary review as provided for in Chapter 16.20 Minor Subdivision General Regulations, of these regulations. (Ord. 131 (part), 1998: prior code § 16.01.050A-4)
