Section 16.36.050 Final plan review.
In lieu of filing a final plat, the subdivider shall submit
a plan conforming to the
requirements for preliminary plats contained in Chapter 16.12, Preliminary Plats for Master
Subdivisions. The plan shall show the lot layout and the typical location of the mobile home,
recreational vehicle, or other unit on the lot. The subdivider shall submit the plan to the
community development director. The plan will be reviewed to assure that it conforms to the
approved preliminary plan. The approved plan shall be maintained in the office of the clerk and
