Section 16.48.030 Review where no division.

Where no division of land is created by a condominium subdivision, the subdivision shall be reviewed under the procedures contained in Chapter 16.36, Procedures for Subdivisions Created by Rent or Lease, with the following exception: in lieu of the completion of all required improvements before final approval is given, the subdivider may enter into a subdivision improvements agreement pursuant to Section 16.16.050, Guarantee of public improvements.
